Frank Lindsay Bastedo

Frank Lindsay Bastedo , was a Canadian lawyer who served as the 11th Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan. He is notable for being one of the few Canadian viceregal representatives to refuse to give royal assent to a legislative bill.
